At APM Monaco™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco™ packaging and include the authenticity card and invoice to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the condition of the jewelry, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
